Biography: A proud native of Buffalo, New York, Scott serves as Of Counsel to FWC and provides an array of legal services to the firm’s clients concentrating in the areas of corporate law, education law, municipal land use law, environmental law and civil litigation. With close to twenty years of legal experience, Scott’s practice is extremely diversified as are his clients ranging from individuals to international corporations to public entities. In addition to his private practice, Scott also serves as a Town Attorney for a local municipality. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the New York State Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York and the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Scott is also admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
