Biography: Tracey has a 20 year career in government and politics at the state and federal level, association management and the private sector. Tracey has built a reputation through her relationships and ability to bring people together to find and implement solutions.She is highly skilled in the strategic development, planning, negotiation and advocacy of her clients’ legislative and political messages, and budget strategies. Tracey believes in threading together multilayered campaign strategies including direct lobbying, grassroots mobilization, traditional and new media communications, and coalition development to obtain legislative and policy wins at the state and local level in New York. She is a resolute advocate for her clients. Prior to joining the firm Tracey served as the president and CEO of a health care association where she directed the regulatory, political and advocacy arm of family planning health care providers.Tracey served as the Regional Director for then-Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton from 2005 through her Presidential Primary in 2007, representing the Senator in her work with government, political and community leaders in 15 counties in upstate New York.Tracey was the 2002 Democratic nominee for the New York State Assembly, 108th District and, in 2008, a candidate for the United States House of Representatives in the 21st District.Tracey has practiced law in both the public and private sectors including as Counsel to the New York State Assembly Judiciary and Codes Committees. Tracey holds a B.A. from Lemoyne College and her J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University. Tracey is admitted to the bar in New York State. Tracey currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Tech Valley High School Foundation and the Government Law Center of Albany Law School Advisory Board.
