| Biography: | Stephen was admitted to practice law in 1975, initially focusing on public sector labor law and governmental relations services. Currently, his practice concentrates on general business, securities, insurance, and health care matters.
Stephen is a charter member of the Labor Relations Section of the New York State Bar Association and member of the Business and Banking Section of New York State Bar Association. Additionally, he is a member of the adjunct faculty of Cornell University-Albany County Cooperative Extension, and the New York State Bar Association. He organizes and conducts seminars on general business and health care law, and is a member and former chairman of the Health Law Section of the State Capital Global Law Firm Group. A native of Cooperstown, New York, Stephen holds a B.A. degree from Hamilton College and a J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University. Stephen is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in New York State and in the United States Supreme Court. |
