| Biography: | Stephen is a certified mediator and the former vice president of governmental and regulatory affairs for the Energy Association of New York State, a trade association representing the interests of the state's major energy companies in legislative, regulatory, and budgetary affairs. Prior to joining the Energy Association, Stephen served as the director of the New York State Senate Labor Committee. Stephen began his career with the New York State Assembly, serving both as a legislative analyst and legislative assistant for several standing committees of the New York State Assembly. Stephen serves as a board member of the Albany Law School Government Law Center, member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Business Council of New York State, trustee for the Village of Coxsackie, and is a past member of the Board of the Heermance Memorial Library. Stephen and his wife, Maureen, reside in the Village of Coxsackie with their four sons. Stephen is admitted to the Bar in New York State and the United States District Court for the Northern District. |
