| Biography: | Scott concentrates his practice in the area of environmental law and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining FWC, he was an associate in a highly reputable law firm in the state of New Jersey, representing clients in a wide variety of environmental matters including complex Superfund litigation. Scott also brings with him experience in the New York State political process having served as a legislative aide in the New York State Senate for five years prior to attending law school. Scott is a native of Buffalo, New York and holds a B.A. degree from State University of New York at Albany and a J.D. degree from City University of New York at Queens College Law School. Additionally, he received his Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. |
