| Throughout his career, Jack has been a lobbyist and consultant for a number of clients in business and racing. Previously, Jack served as secretary (chief of staff) to the Assembly Ways and Means Committee where he spent over a decade working directly for two speakers.
Jack played an integral role in the design and implementation of tax and fiscal policy in New York. He possesses a thorough knowledge of the legislative process and a history of working successfully with the leadership in both houses. A native of Providence, Rhode Island, Jack holds a B.A. degree from Cornell University. |
